なぜ起きたか
久々にfirebaseを触ったら、firebase serveでnot configured and imported the Firebase SDK.と言われた。
deployしてるアプリは問題ないので試しにローカルファイルをdeployすると、Hostingしているアプリ側でも発生。

You just have to paste the initialization snippet from: Firebase Console > Overview > Add Firebase to your web app in index.html file in web-start folder.
OverviewのFirebaseの情報をindex.htmlに貼り付け直すと良いらしい。
なおった
serveもdeployもエラーがなくなった。
バージョンにかなり開きがあったみたい。
3.6.4から4.3.1になった。
