【Mac】『System Preferencesにより再起動が中断されたため...』と出た時の対応

macOSをアップデートする際に再起動をしようと思ったら、『System Preferencesにより再起動が中断されたため、一部のアップデートをインストールできませんでした。』と出て再起動ができませんでした。

対応方法

「option」「command」「esc」(Escape)の同時押しで以下のようなアプリケーション強制終了ウィンドウが表示されるので、こちらからアプリケーションを強制終了させればOKです。
