azure cliでVMを停止するときのメモ。
これは課金される。VMにログインしてshutdownするのと同じ。
az vm stop ${VMのRESOURCE ID}
これは課金されない。public IPとかCPUとかのリソースが開放される。OSがインストールされているディスクは無事。startすると再開する。
az vm deallocate ${VMのRESOURCE ID}
