ADFS で ADMIN0017 が発生する際の対処法 (自分の場合)

Windows Server 2019 で ADFS の管理を開くと以下の画面が出るようになってしまった。

以下を参考に、サービスを開き、ADFS サービスのログオンアカウントを再度入力することで解消した。
