【Android】Emulatorが起動しない不具合の解決法

不具合内容

API 29/30でAndroid Emulatorを起動しようとすると下記のような不具合発生。

解決法

C:\Users\<name>\.androidフォルダ内にadvancedFeatures.iniを追加し、以下のように記述することで解決。

advancedFeatures.ini
Vulkan = off
GLDirectMen = on
