Visual Studio は、普段あまり使わないので、久しぶりに実行すると下図のようなエラーが発生しました。
いつもは、Accessばかりで開発しているので、サーバー環境でのエラーに弱いのです。
原因は、Web.Config の環境設定でした。
こんな単純なエラーで恥ずかしい次第です。
