Linuxが入らないと噂の Arrows tab Q584/H に linux の debian をインストールします。
ubuntuでも32bit efiでのインストールを試みましたがどうにもインストール画面で黒くなり諦め

今回ダウンロードして使用したのはこちら
debian-live-10.5.0-i386-gnome+nonfree.iso
基本的にi386系であれば、他のLinuxでもいける確率が高いです。
mxlinuxも大丈夫でした。使いにくいですが（＾＾；
BISOの設定
電源と音声Volumeの下ボタンを押す
bootの順番を指定する。CD→USB→本体
インストール作業
EFIのインストールが進められたら「はい」を選択する
Wifiはドライバが当たらないのでUSBのWifiなどを使用する。
rootのパスワードは空にしておくと既存ユーザーでもsudoができるようになる
※なぜかrootでログインができないので今回は空で設定
再起動後、apt リポジトリが少ないので追加する
sudo nano /etc/apt/source.list
deb http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/ buster main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/ buster main non-free contrib
deb http://security.debian.org/ buster/updates main non-free contrib
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ buster/updates main non-free contrib
# buster-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/ buster-updates main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/ buster-updates main non-free contrib
これで sudo apt update や sudo apt install する際にいろいろなアプリをインストールすることができるようになる。
