久々にインストールする際にド忘れしてました。
■やり方
キャッシュ削除
>composer clear-cache
クリックして、コマンドを実行した内容を確認
>composer clear-cache
Cache directory does not exist (cache-vcs-dir):

All caches cleared.
composerは以前ダウンロードしたライブラリにをローカルマシンのキャッシュからダウンロードするため、そのキャッシュデータが破損している可能性をケアする意味で一応クリア。
別にキャッシュ使ってもいいよ、という方はこの工程を飛ばしてください。

インストールするlaravelの対応バージョンが現在pathとして通しているphpのバージョンが対応しているか確認します。
