自分の環境ではconnect-mongodbとmongooseでMongoLabへ繋いでいる。暫くバージョンを上げていなかったので上げたところ、今回のエラーに出くわした。
※結論
パスワードに"@"が含まれていたのでURLに@が二つ含まれていたのが諸悪の根源だ。そりゃ当然か。
