nvmからnode.jsのインストールの途中で何か失敗した後、再チャレンジすると以下のようなエラーが出る場合がある。
curl: (33) HTTP server doesn't seem to support byte ranges. Cannot resume.
下記によると

「~/.nvm/src以下のファイルを削除」すべしとあるので、当該バージョンのファイルを削除。
