Info.plistを変更した際に、空白行を追加してしまっていたのが問題のよう。
AppAvailability cordova pluginを追加したが、うまく動作しなかった時に、Info.plistに追加が必要と書かれていたので、いじっていた際に空白行を追加してしまった模様。
削除することでbuild成功。
