rubyのバージョンアップしてrailsサーバ立ち上げたら表題のエラーが出た。
pathを通す必要があるよう。
調べてみると/usr/local/lib/以下に該当ファイルがあったので、下記を明記して対応。
.bashrc
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/
もし、一時的にpathを通すのであれば、記入せず直接コンソールで実行。
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/
