はじめに
この記事は 文書で2024年9月30日に全IHSバージョンの32ビット版のサポート終了が発表されているため、Fixpack適用時に文書に記載されている手順で変更作業を実施しました。

変更作業は、IHS 9.0.5.16 32ビット版にFP18を適用する際に64ビット版に変更しました。
1. 適用前のバージョンの確認
以下の通り、32ビット版なので Win32 と表示されています。
C:\IBM\HTTPServer\bin>httpd -v

2. config.iniに64ビット版用の設定を追加
以下は、手順に記載されている「was.install.internal.property.windows.install.64bit.ihs=true」をIM_install_root/eclipse/configuration/config.ini に追加した後の内容です。

3.IIMを起動し、FP18適用
4. 適用後のバージョンの確認
以下のようにバージョン表示のWin64に変わっていることが確認できました。

まとめ
特にhttpd.confで標準のモジュールをロードしている場合は、httpd.confの変更作業なしにconfig.iniに一行設定を追加するのみで変更可能なことが確認できました。
公開されている手順にも以下のように記載されているため、パスを32ビットから変更は不要ですが構成ファイルを確認したときに違和感があるので64ビットのパスに変更することをお勧めします。
