実装方法論 (Sure Step) を見る

　Microsoft Dynamics Solutions の実装の方法論（通称 Sure Step）を確認できる URL 等々を備忘的にまとめています。この記事は投稿日時点（2020 年 11 月）の情報に基づいています。

　Sure Step は古くから存在していますが（確認できるブログによると 2007 年から ¹ ）現在までどの程度保守されているかはわからず、大変古い内容も含まれています。かつてはテンプレートや専用ツールとして利用されていたそうですが、現在では [Lifecycle Services の Manage methodologies（方法の管理）][02] でフェーズとタスクという形で参考にすることができます。

　例えば Finance and Operations を導入する既定のフェーズとタスクは下記のように説明されています（※ LCS における「方法」は独自に作成することも可能です）これは実際の導入プロジェクトで、予定を立てたりマイルストーンを設定したり、という場面で 1 つの参考になります。

   4. Sign up for ProQ project quality monitoring
   5. Deploy demo environment

　Lifecycle Services (LCS) を使用するには組織アカウントによるサインインが必要です。やや要約されたバージョンになりますが、サインイン不要で [Dynamics AX 2012 向けの Microsoft Docs のページ][03] から確認することもできます。こちらではドキュメントにあたる部分が太字で強調されていて、下記のドキュメントが言及されています。

• Environment Specification - システム環境仕様
• Functional Design, Technical Design - 機能設計，技術設計
• Solution Design - ソリューションデザイン

　最後に、Sure Step ではありませんが、Microsoft の ERP 実装のステップガイド の引用とリンクを紹介します。このガイドは、パートナー向けではなく顧客企業向けですが、ERP 導入プロジェクトの複雑さを大局的に理解しやすいランディングページになっています。
