はじめに
ずいぶんと時間を無駄にしたので、メモしておく。
インストール
まず、セオリーに従ってインストールコマンドを実行。
sudo gem install -n /usr/local/bin cocoapods
エラー
実行すると以下のエラーが表示されます。

調査
ログを見たところ、いくつかのファイルが見つからないようなことが書いてあり、ヘッダーファイルなどの置き場所が気になったので、それを確認しようとしてみると...

それならば、試しに以下のコマンドを実行し、universal-darwin19をuniversal-darwin20のシンボリックリンクとして作成。

sudo ln -s universal-darwin20 universal-darwin19
再度インストールを実行
