gitmojiを参考にcommit templateを作りましたがCLIで使うのが一番いいという結論に落ち着きました。
GitHub Desktopの場合
GitHub Desktopではコミットテンプレートを使うことができません。
いつになったらできるのでしょう
Sourcetree
Sourcetreeも対応していません。
メンテナも対応する気がないのと使用している人も少ないようです。
結論
おとなしくgitクライアントをそのまま使いましょう
コミットテンプレートをGUI使おうとしたがやはりCLIからやるのが一番いい
