chromeでyoutubeの再生が遅い時の解決のヒント

chromeを使っていてyoutubeの動画再生が遅くなっていたが以下の方法で解決したのでその時のメモ。（参考までに）

アドレスバーにchrome://flags/を指定しchromeの設定画面を表示
QUIC プロトコルを無効に変更する(項目が多いのでCtrl-Fで「quic」で検索）
chromeを再起動
