Nginx default.confの設定反映方法

目的

Nginxのdefault.confの設定を反映するコマンドをメモ的に記載する。

方法

下記コマンドを実行してリロードする。
```
$ sudo service nginx reload
```
もしくは下記コマンドを実行してNginxそのものを再起動する。
```
$ sudo service nginx restart
```
