下記コマンドを実行後エラーが出力された。

バイナリパッケージとしてインストールすることはできず、ソースからビルドする必要があります。
コマンドラインツールをインストールします。
xcode-select --install

原因
- xcrunと言うものがないことが原因らしい。
解決方法

下記コマンドを実行して必要な物をインストールする。
$ xcode-select --install
-
下記のようなポップアップが表示されるので「インストール」をクリックする。

下記のウインドウが開いたら「同意する」をクリックする。
-
インストールが開始されるので少々待つ。
-
下記のウインドウが開いたらインストールが完了している。「完了」をクリックする。
-
今一度下記コマンドを実行する。(下記のエラーが出ればOK、すでにインストールされているという内容のエラーである。)
$ xcode-select --install >xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use "Software Update" to install updates

再度PHPをインストールするコマンドを実行する。
$ brew install php@7.4

エラーコードは出なくなった。インストール時の出力を下記に記載する。
