Proxmox7.0からGUIでディスクを初期化できるようになりましたが、アンマウントとインベントリ削除はコマンドが必要です。（右のツリーに残ってしまう）
df
umount /dev/nvme0n1p1
nano /etc/pve/storage.cfg
で該当のインベントリ情報を削除すると完全に消えます。
