１．まずversion.hをリンクを作成します。
sudo ln -s /usr/src/linux-headers-$(uname -r)/include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h /usr/src/linux-headers-$(uname -r)/include/linux/version.h
２．そしてカーネルにVMWAREのmodを追加します。
sudo vmware-modconfig --console --install-all
