これは備忘録です。
１．nodeを入れてもらう。
windowsならnodist、macならnodebrewを入れてもらう。
２．nodeとnpmのバージョンを合わせる。
プロダクトのnodeを入れてもらい、nodist使いならnodist nom matchでバージョンを合わせる。
３．npm install -g @vue/cli や、npm installを行う。
４．npm run serveできるはず…！
