OneNote for Mac ローカルでのキャッシュファイル保存場所のメモ：

~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.onenote.mac/Data/Library/Application Support/Microsoft User Data/OneNote/

2019年9月時点では、上記フォルダ内の「15.0」という名前のフォルダの内容をバックアップして元に戻せば、バックアップした内容を復元してOneNoteで表示できます。（ただし、この方法で復元した内容をオンラインで同期することはできないようです）
