文字列の書式文字列は"@"ですが、数値の書式文字列は"0_ "(ゼロ、アンダーバー、半角スペース)です。Excelで書式を数値にしてからユーザー定義を選択すると、確認することができます。
Apache POIで書式文字列を指定する際にも使用可能です。半角スペースを入れないとExcelファイルが壊れます。
