抜取り検査

一定量（ロットという）から一部を抜き取って検査し、その検査でロット全数を合格とするか否かを判定する品質管理の方法です。

不良品が発見されない場合でもそのロットに不良品が含まれていないことは保証できない。
しかし
確率の考え方を使ってロットあたりの抜取り数や合格基準を設定して判断する。

製品数が多かったりすると使われる検査方法。
