1. 今回の要約

  • remote.it DesktopApp (Windows)をインストールする

remote.itによるリモート接続を行うためには、次のいずれかの方法があります。

  1. remote.itポータルサイトからの接続を行う
  2. remote.it DesktopAppからの接続を行う
  3. remote.it CLI / connetd / Web API からの接続を行う

OSがWindowsやMacOSなどの場合には、GUIから使用できるDesktopAppの利用が便利です。本稿では、WindowsへのDesktopAppのインストール方法を説明します。

2. remote.it DesktopApp (Windows)のインストール

  • ブラウザより、remote.itのWEBサイト(https://remote.it/)を表示します。続いて、上のDownloadsを選択します。

  • Desktop Applicationsより、Windows用のインストーラ(remote.it for Windows (32/64 bit))をダウンロードします。

  • ダウンロードしたインストーラを実行します。必要に応じて任意のインストール先フォルダを入力し、インストールを押下します。

  • インストールが完了した後に、完了を押下します。

  • remote.itアプリケーションが実行されるので、remote.itアカウント(WEBサイトより取得ください)のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力した後に、SIGN INを選択します。

  • ログインに成功すると、デバイス一覧が表示されます。まだデバイスが登録(もしくは共有)されていない場合には、何も表示されません。
    ※再度remote.itアプリケーションを使用する場合には、タスクトレイから実行できます
