ESXiにUbuntu22.04サーバをインストールする

概要

自宅サーバにスマホアプリのサーバ側の検証用にUbuntu22.04サーバをインストールしました。環境はESXi6.7.0 Update 3です。

手順

  1. Ubuntuをダウンロードしてきます。

  2. データストアにアップロードします。

  3. 新規仮想マシンを作成します。

  4. 仮想マシンを起動します

    そのまま何もせず待てばカウントが進んでインストールとUbuntuの設定が始まります。

  5. Ubuntuの設定をしていきます。

    この画面でEnterを押すとアップデートが始まります。

  6. アップデートが完了したら再起動する。

  7. 再起動後ログイン出来たらインストール完了です。

  8. 一応pingを打っておきます。

  9. sudo apt updateとsudo apt upgradeを実行しておきます。

    sudo apt upgradeをしたときに紫の画面が出てきましたがそのままEnterを押しました。
