XAMPPのmysqlが以下のようなエラーを表示して動かなくなった。
ポートがコンフリクトしているように見えるので、利用ポートを変えてみたり、明示的にmysqlをシャットダウンしてみたり、ibdataとib_logfileを削除してから再起動を試みたがなおらず・・・

【対処方法：再インストールに次ぐ最終手段】
注意：自分が作ったデータベースのデータは消えるのでバックアップを取っておくなどしておいてください
xampp\mysql\backupフォルダにあるフォルダとファイルをCtrl+cですべてコピーし
そのデータをxampp\mysql\dataディレクトリに上書きでペースト（Ctrl+v）する。
再度XAMPPからMySQLをStartさせると動き始める（場合がある）。
