色々あってUbuntu 22.04のKubernetesノード群をリブートしたら、以下のようにコマンドが通らなくなった。
# kubectl get pods
The connection to the server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:6443 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?
なんてことはない、swapoff -aコマンドの実行し忘れ。
全てのノードでswapoff -aを実行して元に戻った。
swapoff -a忘れでserver xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:6443 was refused
