サマリ

  • Windows のTCP輻輳制御アルゴリズムはデフォルトでcubicです
  • bbr2に変更することでスループットを上げることができます
  • ただし，devcontainer 環境が Error: unexpected end of parent stream エラーで落ちることがあります
    • Rancher Desktop 最新版です
