vagrantでスナップショットを日本語名にしたら起動できなくなった

いつも通りvagrant upしようとしたらエラーが出ました。

エラーメッセージ

C:/HashiCorp/Vagrant/embedded/gems/gems/vagrant-1.9.1/lib/vagrant/util/io.rb:32:in `encode': incomplete "\x83" on Windows-31J (Enc
oding::InvalidByteSequenceError)

原因

スナップショット名に日本語が含まれていたためでした。
virtualbox側でスナップショットを作るとやりがちだと思います。

解決方法

スナップショットの名前を変えたら解決しました。
