インスタンスのバージョンを知る方法をITSM Fundamentalsの研修で知ったので記載します。

ServiceNowインスタンスのバージョン

ServiceNowインスタンスのバージョンは年に2回アップデートされます。
2020年12月現在の最新バージョンはParisになります。

インスタンスの（メジャー）バージョンを調べる方法

確認方法

  1. アプリケーションナビゲータに[stats.do]と入力し、Enterキーを押下

  2. 「Build name」の値がバージョン情報
    以下のインスタンスは、Orlandoということがわかります。
