n番煎じですが忘れるのでメモ
php artisan serve --host 0.0.0.0 --port=80
--host 0.0.0.0でコンテナ外から接続できるようにする。
デフォルトのserveだと8000番ポートになるため、環境に応じて``--port=XXXXを設定する。
設定するポートはrun時に開放したもの、あるいはdocker-composeで設定しているもの
docker run -p 80:80
