Capter3タスク管理アプリケーションを作ろう
CRUDを備えたシンプルな「タスク管理アプリケーション」を、scaffoldを使わずにゼロから作成。
環境

Railsのエラーメッセージなどを日本語で出せるようにする
GithubのRails-i18nリポジトリにある翻訳されたファイル（rawファイル）をconfig/locales/ja.ymlとしてダウンロード。
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/svenfuchs/rails-i18n/master/rails/locale/ja.yml --output-file=config/locales/ja.yml
config/locales/ja.ymlを確認すると、以下のログが記載されている。

解決策としてWEBブラウザへ

を張り付ける。
