flutterプロジェクトで pub run コマンドを打とうとした時、次のようなエラーが出ることがあります。
% pub run intl_translation:extract_to_arb --output-dir=lib lib/messages.dart
Flutter is not available. If this is a Flutter project, make sure to always run
pub through the "flutter" executable.
dartのコードを見るとすぐにわかるのですが、 FLUTTER_ROOT の環境変数がないとエラーを吐くようになっているので設定しましょう。
