英語のWikiを確認するとKatz's Deliというワードが得られました。

画像の注釈を読むと、アルバート・V・ブライアン連邦裁判所にある銅像だと分かりました。
アルバートV.ブライアン連邦裁判所前 正義の女神像などで調べると、Lady Justiceだと分かりました。

所在地が分かったので、正面にある建物をGoogle Mapで調べます。

正面奥の建物からシンガポールのマリーナベイサンズ付近だと分かりました。
正面のカラフルな外壁の建物で画像検索をすると、シンガポールのクラークキー周辺だと分かりました。
動画の中で、川を挟んだ右手前にRIVERSIDE POINTという看板を確認できます。
その情報から逆算し、シンガポールのNOVAHOTELにいることが分かりました。
