progateで学習した内容をアウトプットのため、作成したアプリを公開しようと思いました。
が、しかし $bundle install したところ、Could not fetch specs from https://rubygems.org/
のエラーが。

・githubアカウント作成、リポジトリ作成済み
・herokuアカウント作成、github連携済み
#結果
PCを再起動したら無事bundle install出来ました。
