MAMPのコマンド群は
Library/bin/
に格納されている
つまりそこでMySQLのコマンドを打てばよい
$ cd /Applications/MAMP/Library/bin/
$ ./mysql -u root -p
と打ち込んでパスワードを打つ
これでオッケー
