commitした後にgit管理から外したい場合
git rm --cached hoge.file
この後commitすると、ローカルのhoge.fileはgit管理から外れ、
リモートのhoge.fileは、ファイルごと削除される。
*--cashedオプションを付けないと、ローカルでもファイルごと削除される事に注意する
