centos6だとサービスコマンドが違っているようです。

service httpd start

#経緯
以下のコマンドをcentos7で実行したところ、
リダイレクト処理がかかったので不思議に思ったため調査を行いました。

[root@hoge hoge]# service httpd restart
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart httpd.service
