[Unity]Plastic SCMでCheckin Changes（プッシュ）出来ない時

概要

以下のポップアップエラーはCheckin Changesした直後にもう一度Checkin Changesした時に表示される事がありますが、どれだけ待っても改善しない事がありました。そんな場合の解決方法です。

An existing checkout operation has locked the workspace '(プロジェクト名)'. Please wait for the checkout operation to finish.

Window > Package ManagerからVersion Controlを最新バージョンに更新したら解決しました
