新しく作成したアプリへ上記のページを参考にしながらbootstrapを導入していたところExecJS::ProgramErrorが発生。
解決方法
railsアプリを作成した際にデフォルトでインストールされているgem 'duktape'(gemfileの20行目前後)を削除。
