いつも忘れるのでメモしておきます。
TCPのStateとコネクション数を出力する。

# 単発
$ netstat -nat | awk '{print $6}' | sort | uniq -c
      1 ESTABLISHED
      1 Foreign
     12 LISTEN
      5 TIME_WAIT

# 定期的に確認する
$ watch -n 10 "netstat -nat | awk '{print \$6}' | sort | uniq -c"
