/var/lib/mysql/データベース名の所に、DBのデータが全部格納されてる。
データベース名のディレクトリを削除すると、そのDBが完全に削除される。
特定のテーブルがshow tablesで存在しているのに、存在していない場合は、そのテーブルのファイルを直接削除すれば、大抵解決する
