ChDir 変更後のパスでも変更できるが、変更先が別のドライブだったり、ネットワーク上だったりすると上手くいかない。そういう時は↓の方法で。

例：カレントディレクトリをネットワーク上にあるxlファイルの場所に変更したい場合
