完成イメージは、変更前の表と、変更後の表を横に並べて２つの表の間に矢印図を置くイメージを想定しています。
まずは縦に２つ表を作成します。そして、
空白行 ＋ 1つ目の表 ＋ 空白行 ＋ 2つ目の表 ＋ 空白行 を選択した状態にします。
メニューにある「ページレイアウト」→「段組み」→「2段」を選択すると、
最後は、２つ表の間に矢印の図形を挿入して、はい出来上がり！
