pip3でpythonのパッケージをインストールしたのですが、インポートしてもモジュールが使えないのですが、pipでインストールしたディレクトリまで行ってそこでプログラムを実行しないとインポートできないのでしょうか？ そうなるとかなり面倒な気がするのですがいかがでしょうか？ 非常に初歩的な質問で申し訳ないのですが教えてください！
