ターミナルでdocker下のrailsのコマンドを打つと、長くなりとっても面倒↓
例：
$docker-compose exec rails ~
そうゆう時は以下のコマンドでコンテナの中に入ってしまえば上記のコマンドを省略することができる。
docker exec -it rails bash
