Android2系（？）の「日本語が太字にできない」の解決法２種。
#text-shadowで太字風にする
よく使われてそうな方法。
でも若干にじんじゃう・・・
text-shadow:1px 0 1px 色
#font-familyをmonospaceにする
今回見つけた方法。
太字にしたいところだけclass="bold"などを指定して、そこに太字指定と一緒にfont-familyを指定する
font-family: monospace;
font-weight: bold;
