Windowsのユーザフォルダのパスは、コマンドプロンプトで
BAT
echo %USERPROFILE%
と入力すれば取得できる。（ USERPROFILE は小文字でもおｋ）
この %USERPROFILE% を VBScript で使うには、
VBScript
Msgbox CreateObject("WScript.Shell").ExpandEnvironmentStrings("%USERPROFILE%")
でおｋ。
